(P-ISSN 2808-7445 dan e-ISSN 2808-7151) is a counseling journal published by the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah, the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Pontianak. This journal is in the form of research results and conceptual ideas that focus on the field of counseling studies with various perspectives such as normative, sociological, and other perspectives relevant to the contribution and scientific development in the field of counseling. As Syamil means comprehensive, comprehensive and complete covering educational, social, religious, community counseling and so on. Given the Islamic Counseling Guidance study program covers all areas of counseling. This journal invites writers from various fields among academics, practitioners, researchers, and students to develop research results that are useful for the development of counseling science. Counseling As Syamil Journal is published twice a year (between January to June and between July to December) in both print and online versions and provides a forum for publishing the original research articles and review articles related to issues in the field of Islamic Counseling from scholars of related disciplines. The responses given by teenagers were feeling afraid, anxious, and breaking out in cold sweat. This research examines the effectiveness of group counseling on self-management techniques to reduce interpersonal communication anxiety among teenagers at the Aisyiyah Humairah orphanage in Palembang. The aim of the research is to determine the level of interpersonal communication anxiety among adolescents before implementing self-management techniques, and to determine the effectiveness of self-management technique group counseling to reduce interpersonal communication anxiety among adolescents at the Aisyiyah Humairah Orphanage in Palembang. This research uses quantitative research methodology and experimental research type. The results of the research showed that firstly, the TSR test (high, medium, low) showed that the interpersonal communication anxiety level of teenagers increased (high) by a percentage of 75.85% after group counseling with self-management techniques for teenage anxiety decreased to 61.28%. Second, it is known from the Wilxocon test results obtained by Asymp.sig (2-tailed) with a value of 0.002. Body image and self-esteem are important issues for adolescents. Teenagers have criteria as to what people are considered physically attractive and in appearance. Every individual has an ideal self-image like what he wants, including what ideal body shape he wants to have. The discrepancy between the body perceived by the individual and the ideal body shape can lead to dissatisfaction with his body. This is closely related to body image, namely how a person perceives and evaluates his own body. The research method uses qualitative research. Techniques and data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews conducted directly by telephony. This type of research method uses behavioral counseling techniques with a case study design. The results showed that; Implementation, almost all planned programs are implemented, there are some that have not been able to run smoothly. Guidance and counseling teachers carry out incidental activities because they prioritize the situation in the field to help deal with students. There are subjects that have not been resolved in instilling an assertive attitude towards their children and students. The response of some students to the guidance and counseling teacher was good, caring, motivating, and educating and there were some students' views who still did not dare to meet the BK teacher. The guidance and counseling room is comfortable and towards the ideal. Obstacles, it is hoped that all obstacles can be resolved properly. Individual counseling for counselees of victims of bullying is a strategy that BK teachers apply to students who are clearly victims of bullying who have low assertiveness skills so that they need to be trained in assertiveness skills. Group guidance/counseling to practice assertiveness in students so that it can help in a wider spectrum, as well as classical guidance to provide information about what assertiveness is, the importance of assertiveness and its application in everyday life. Religious characteristics need to be instilled early with continuous direction and supervision from parents and teachers, this can develop the potential of students so that they are able to reach the stage of maturity and realize the importance of worship in life. Thus, there needs to be cooperation between counseling guidance teachers and Islamic religious education teachers to raise awareness of worship to students, especially after the month of Ramadan is over. This study aims to teach adolescents of SMP 1 Sungai Pinyuh that the month of Ramadan is a very good opportunity to increase awareness in worship. This research also seeks to find out whether adolescents of SMP 1 Sungai Pinyuh still commit social crimes after the holy month of Ramadan. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the type of field research. The subjects in this study were Islamic religious education teachers and counseling guidance teachers. The techniques used in data collection in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that the month of Ramadan does not make a benchmark for students of SMP 1 Sungai Pinyuh to stop committing acts of social pathology. There needs to be guidance from educators so that students are more aware of their nature as creatures of Allah. This form of behavior is called aggressiveness. Intentional behavior must be controlled, therefore an effort is needed to handle it. In general, this behavior often appears at the adolescent stage of development. Through this research, we will discuss the forms of aggressive behavior in adolescents through studies or research results, as well as other scientific references that have been studied previously. The method used in this research is a literature search via Google Scholar and Research Gate. The keywords used in English are "Aggressiveness and Adolescents", while in Indonesian they use "Aggressiveness and Adolescence". The research results show that there are three types of aggression experienced by adolescents, namely physical, verbal and relational aggression. Apart from that, factors that cause aggressive behavior were found. There are differences in aggression based on residence and gender. In relation to treatment, the results of the study show that peace counseling and coping psychoeducation strategies can be used as an approach to dealing with aggressive behavior. Therefore, it can be recommended for future researchers to examine in more depth aggressive behavior in adolescents from various other aspects.</p> Zubaidah . This research is a quasi-experimental research using pre-test post-test control group design. The sampling technique used by researchers is purposive sampling technique. The research subjects consisted of 10 students of Al Jihad Surabaya Islamic boarding school who had low self-resilience scores based on the results of the self-resilience questionnaire. The sample was randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. The data collection instruments used in this study were self-resilience questionnaire and self-reflection sheet. While the treatment instrument is a short solution-focused counseling guide. The self-resilience questionnaire was developed by the researcher based on aspects of resilience. Based on validity and reliability tests, the self-resilience questionnaire is suitable for use as a data collection tool. The data analysis technique in this study is the two independent sample test Mann Whitney U. The statistical analysis results show the Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) is at 0.003 (0.003 &lt;0.005), so H<sub>o</sub> is rejected. This means that brief solution-focused counseling is proven to increase the resilience of students at Pesantren Al-Jihad Surabaya.
