This study is important because literacy is a major part of civilization and future-building efforts. This research is qualitative research with documentation study. The Data is taken from the records of students who have completed the diary writing program. Diary writing Program has been implemented in the lecture hall at Iain Pontianak since a few years ago. Those who take the subject of Indonesian language courses have been required to keep a diary as part of daily tasks. Researchers have taken writings that contain student recognition of the benefits of writing a diary for life. In conclusion, all students admitted that they benefited from the activity of keeping a diary. The benefit is not only about how to write, but also related to life skills. Getting used to writing makes them have material for self-healing and evaluating how to deal with others. They also claim to be more expressive in life than ever before. Second, what inspired MI NU Jatirejo Pemalang students to read the Koran when studying Al-Qur'an Hadith. Third, what is the influence of card sort verse media on students' motivation to read the Al-Qur'an when learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at MI NU Jatirejo Pemalang. This kind of research is quantitative research. The population of all class II MI NU Jatirejo Pemalang students is 30 people. This type of research is field research or is called field research if the researcher goes directly to the field to be researched. This research uses experimental methodology. Data collection methods in this research are observation, initial and final tests, interviews. This data analysis technique uses a paired sample t test with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this research show that: First, after using the card sort media, the achievement of motivation to read the Al-Qur'an for class II students at MI NU Jatirejo Pemalang showed an increase in the average gain (g) value of 0.65 with the criteria for increasing learning outcomes in the medium category. second, there is a significant influence on reading motivation, as evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest, it is known that the sample data is 30 students. The students' average Pretest and Posttest scores were 59.43 and 86, namely a difference of 26.57 and an increase of 44.71%. The student's maximum score, which was originally only 70, rose to 97 after receiving learning using card sort media. Third, the results of the pre-test and post-test normality tests obtained a statistical value of 0.118 in the pre-test value with a significance value of 0.200. Meanwhile, the post-test value obtained a statistical value of 0.114 with a significance value of 0.200. It can be concluded that the Kolmogorov Smirnova test is &gt; 0.05, so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. The results of the t test show t calculated 52.198 and dk=n-1 = 30-1=29, an error level of 5% is obtained t table (0.05), (29)= 2.045. Matematika sering kali dianggap sebagai mata pelajaran yang menantang bagi sebagian siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru MI Nurul Ummah dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumen, observasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis. The study used a quantitative method with an experimental design. The results showed that the PBL model with flashcard media had a significant effect on the students' learning outcomes, both in terms of cognitive and psychomotor skills. The average cognitive pretest score of the experimental class was 57.4, which increased to 82.6 after the PBL model was applied. The average psychomotor pretest score was 60.08, which increased to 88.204 after the PBL model was applied. The independent sample t-test showed that the difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental and control groups was statistically significant (p &lt; 0.05). This research aims to find out whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes after implementing small group and individual teaching skills in class IV of SD Negeri 09 North Pontianak. This research is quantitative research with the Classroom Action Research (CAR) type of research with two improvement cycles of the same four stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. The results of the research concluded that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after applying small group and individual teaching skills in class IV C plant body material from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I it shows a good category with an average value of student learning outcomes of 71 and a percentage of 37.5%, while in cycle II it shows a very good category with an average value of student learning outcomes of 81 and a percentage of 84.4%. The research method used was quantitative with a population of 21 teachers. Data was collected through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with an assessment using a Likert scale and analyzed using linear regression and multiple regression statistical tests. The research results show that the Teacher Performance Variable significantly contributes to student learning achievement with a correlation coefficient of 0.75 and a coefficient of determination (R^2) of 0.56 (p &lt; 0.001). The Curriculum Development variable also makes a significant contribution to student learning achievement with a correlation coefficient of 0.68 and a coefficient of determination (R^2) of 0.46 (p &lt; 0.001). The results of the multiple regression analysis between Teacher Performance and Curriculum Development on Student Learning Achievement show that both together make a significant contribution to student learning achievement with a coefficient of determination (R^2) of 0.67 (p &lt; 0.001). In conclusion, teacher performance and curriculum development play an important role in improving student learning achievement at SDI Al-Badar Tulungagung.
