GUIDELINES

Research Title

The title should be concise and informative, describing the research findings and variables, and the relationships between those variables should be evident in the title. The title of the article should be no more than 12 words.

Abstract

The abstract is written in English and contains a brief description of the significance of the research, the research objectives, the methodology, the main findings, and the conclusions. The abstract summarizes the article and presents key ideas that capture the reader’s interest and encourage them to read further (eye-catching). Below the abstract paragraph, list up to 6 keywords. The keywords must be specific and commonly used in the article. Keywords will be used for indexing purposes.

Introduction

This section covers the background, rationale for the research, research question, statement of objectives, and the structure of the paper. It is written without subheadings.

Theoretical Framework

The title of the theoretical framework may use the name of the theory or method to be employed. This section presents the theoretical framework to be discussed as the theoretical foundation that will be applied in the methodology to generate the findings.

Methodology

This section details the steps the researcher took in conducting the study, presented in a comprehensive yet concise manner. If data collection was involved, it must be explained in detail, starting from the sampling method through to the analysis techniques.

Acknowledgments

If necessary, acknowledgments may be included to express appreciation for contributions from individuals or institutions that cannot be listed as authors. For example, research funders associated with this publication.

References

All citations and references used by the authors must be presented in this section consistently with the text, figures, or tables from which they are cited. The reference list is arranged in alphabetical order based on the first letter of the author’s last name. Authors cited in the text must be listed in the reference list. Examples of formatting are provided in the JISeB Writing Guidelines.
