PENGGUNAAN MEDIA GAME INTERAKTIF WORDWALL MELALUI METODE DISCOVERY LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR BAHASA ARAB SISWA

Wordwall application is one of the applications that can be used in the classroom learning process. Wordwall is a network or web-based application that is an educational application, in which there are various features or templates available so that its use can make learning more varied so as to stimulate students' learning requests. Therefore, this study aims to (1) Describe the implementation of Arabic language learning using wordwall interactive game media through the discovery learning method to increase students' interest in learning Arabic. This research uses a type of classroom action research in which the implementation is as many as I cycle with three meetings. Each cycle consists of 4 research procedures, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VII-4, totalling 32 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, questionnaire, observation or observation guided by observation sheets that have been made according to indicators and documentation / documentary. The results showed that in cycle I, the results of the analysis of observations of the researcher's activities in managing the class obtained a percentage of 71% while the results of the analysis of observations of student activities obtained 52%. Previously, when the pre-test was carried out, the percentage of students' learning interest completeness only reached 18.75% which reached a minimum of ≥80% of learning interest indicators. Then after cycle I, the percentage of students' interest in learning reached 93.75% with a very high category, which indicates that most students have shown a good interest in learning the material presented. This figure has also exceeded the achievement indicator set, which is ≥80%.
