Abstract
In this study, researchers will focus on the implementation of teaching kalam in International Class Program (ICP) classes with social media, factors and causes that make students less fluent in practicing Maharah Kalam, and the relationship between learning activities in ICP classes that use Arabic and English with student Maharah Kalam fluency. The study in this study uses case studies such as documents, photos, videos, digital sources and others that are included in qualitative research. If the data from the 10 videos have been collected, the next step taken by the researcher is to evaluate and re-analyze the data that has been obtained. The results of this study indicate that some of them are still not fluent in speaking Arabic due to several factors such as not understanding vocabulary, confused to find the next speech material, nervous, not confident, and lack of habituation in speaking Arabic. and the influence of learning in class using a foreign language only increases students' insight into vocabulary apart from external factors such as the process of learning a language using a foreign language in class, students also have to hone internal factors such as honing their speaking skills from within so they are not afraid to convey something in Arabic language.
