Focus and Scope
Aim This journal aims to publish credible and factual scholarly works.
Scope This journal focuses on studies of economics, Islamic finance, and Islamic banking, both nationally and internationally. The fields of study covered by this journal include Islamic economics (micro and macro), Islamic business, Islamic muamalah/economic law, Islamic financial accounting and accounting, Islamic financial institutions (both bank and non-bank), Islamic capital markets, and Islamic financial management.
Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to the Jurnal Keuangan dan Perbankan Syariah is independently reviewed by at least one or two reviewers using a "double-blind review" process. Reviewers do not know the identity of the author, and authors likewise do not know the identity of the reviewers. The review process takes into account objectivity, methodology, scientific impact, conclusions, and references. The decision to publish, revise, or reject the manuscript is based on the reviewers' report/recommendation.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global exchange of knowledge. This journal is an open access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles in this journal without prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative.

- Authors may separately include the article in other versions of the work published in this journal (e.g., deposited in the author's institutional repository, published as a book chapter, etc.), while acknowledging that the manuscript was first published in the Jurnal Keuangan dan Perbankan Syariah (JKUBS).
