KHELIE: Khatulistiwa Language and Liguistics utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

KHELIE: Khatulistiwa Language and Liguistics also has the following repository policy.

1. Submitted Version

Khelie Journal allows authors to store their submitted manuscript in their personal repositories or other repositories which cannot be accessed by public. These repositories include but not limited to Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, and Apple iCloud.

2. Accepted Version

Khelie Journal allows authors to store their submitted manuscript in their personal repositories or other repositories which cannot be accessed by public. These repositories include but not limited to Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, and Apple iCloud.

3. Published Version

Khelie Journal allows and encourages authors to store their published version (pdf version) in their intitutional repositories, personal respositories and other repositories, and make it accessible for any use, even commercially, with proper retribution. All of published articles in Studies in English Language and Education are deposited in Portal Garuda repository.
