Manuscript of Withdrawal

The author is not allowed to withdraw the manuscript that has been submitted, because in the submission process there is an agreement that this article is not / is in the review process / has been published later in another journal, besides that it has also placed an editor and reviewer's time. Editors and reviewers have spent a lot of time processing submitted manuscripts, costs, and the work invested by publishers. If the author still requests the withdrawal of the manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, the author will be subject to a fine of IDR 750,000 per manuscript, as a bill to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if it is accepted by another. Withdrawal of the manuscript after it is accepted for publication, the author will be punished by paying Rp. 1,500,000 per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawals are only allowed after the withdrawal penalty is registered with the Publisher.
