Penguatan Efikasi Diri Pada Konseli dengan Kepribadian Introvert Melalui Community Approach
Abstract
Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan konsep dari penguatan efikasi diri pada individu–individu yang mengalami pribadi introvert melalui pendekatan komunitas. Tawaran konsep kegiatan yang didesain oleh pembimbing dengan menjangkau kegiatan intelektualitas, humanis dan religiusitas dengan menekankan tiga aspek utama individu yakni kognitif, efektif dan psikomotorik. Sedangkan dalam efikasi diri, untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri konseli pribadi introver diperlukan kegiatan yang melingkupi: pengalaman positif (Mastery experience), pengalaman orang lain (Vicarious experience), Persuasi verbal dan Keadaan fisiologis dan emosional. Maka tawaran saya untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri individu introvert adalah; Kegiatan pelatihan komunikasi efektif dan pelatihan public speaking, membuat peta hidup dan mempresentasikan peta hidup, kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat atau sosial service, pertemuan rutin Komunitas, dan kegiatan sharing Forum Aku.
