Ecology: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes articles resulting from community engagement initiatives, the application of models and concepts, technological innovations, and participatory strategies. The journal aims to foster sustainable development, empower local and border area communities, strengthen the capacity of SMEs/MSMEs, and expand social access and public welfare. To achieve these goals, Ecology adopts a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach spanning various academic disciplines and thematic fields. The Health, Nursing, and Environment scope covers public health, nursing, environmental science, sanitation education, and healthy lifestyle practices. The Science, Engineering, and Digital Innovation scope includes computer science applications, digitalization, engineering solutions, and the implementation of Appropriate Technology (TTG). The Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Food Security scope encompasses agribusiness, agricultural economics, fisheries science, aquaculture, food crop management, and the optimization of natural resources. Furthermore, the Economics, Governance, and Village Development scope focuses on development economics, community empowerment, Green Economy and Blue Economy innovations, and local governance. The Education, Language, and Humanities scope includes Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), educational management, language studies, social education, and cultural preservation. Meanwhile, the Law, Religion, and Social Community scope addresses legal advocacy, sociology of religion, social inclusion, and student-led community service programs. Lastly, the Ecosystem Sustainability scope encompasses forest conservation, coastal and marine management, and air quality monitoring and restoration.
