Inisiasi Madrasah Dalam Mengatasi Perundungan Di Lingkungan Pembelajaran, di Kota Pontianak
Abstract
This research aims to describe the understanding of the concept of bullying among stakeholders and educational components and explore madrasah policy management, as well as analyze the regulations and implementation of handling bullying carried out by Madrasahs in Pontianak City. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use decomposition, interpretation and organization of data collected from various sources to produce research; Firstly, bullying is all forms of physical and non-physical actions with the aim of degrading those carried out individually or in groups, carried out in the real and virtual world (cyberbullying) repeatedly. Second, Bullying Prevention Management implemented at State Madrasahs in Pontianak City includes several things: a) planning is prepared together with teachers, Madrasah supervisors and then socialized to parents and students at the start of the new school year in the form of madrasah rules that have been mutually agreed upon. b) Prevention through a religious coaching program using the book ta'lim wa al muta'allim, coaching the homeroom teacher 1 hour before class, scheduling coaching programs by guidance and counseling teachers, a madrasah content protection system and holding an anti-bullying poster competition; c) Collaboration is carried out with the police, BKKBN, HIMPSI, KPAD, and other related institutions; d) Madrasah culture, namely 5 S (Sharaf, Patience, Gratitude, Sholih, Shamahah). Third, procedures for handling bullying are carried out by; Confirmation, in-depth analysis of cases, mediation, mentoring, two-way dialogue, reporting to the authorities for cases beyond the Madrasah's capabilities and authority. Apart from that, treatment is carried out using a parenting approach and home visits
