The Journal of Islamic Law is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Pontianak twice a year. First published on February 25, 2020, this journal serves as a platform and forum for scholars and researchers interested in the issues related to Islamic law and society in Muslim and non-Muslim countries from various perspectives, covering both theoretical and practical studies. Its primary aim is to disseminate original research and address contemporary issues within the subject.
This issue has been available online since January 26, 2025, for the regular issue of February 2025. All articles in this issue (7 original research articles) were authored/co-authored by 27 authors from 3 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, and Turkey).
