  • Manuscripts may take the form of research findings, the thoughts of prominent figures in the field of law, or conceptual ideas.

  • Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English.

  • The manuscript length must be between 15-25 pages, consisting of 4,000-8,000 words.

  • Authors are encouraged to use the latest literature or references published within the last five years.

2. Manuscript Formatting

  • Paper and Margin Settings: The manuscript is typed on A4-sized paper. The top, bottom, left, and right margins must each be 2.5 cm.

  • Font and Paragraph: The entire manuscript uses the Book Antiqua font with justified text alignment. The manuscript is written without spacing before and after paragraphs (no before and after space). For the main body text, the font size is 12 with 1.5 line spacing. Each new paragraph must begin with a 1 cm indentation from the left margin.

  • Writing Style: Authors are advised to avoid enumerative explanation techniques (excessive use of lists/bullet points).

  • Abbreviation of Laws: The abbreviation of legislation names is at the author's discretion, according to their respective writing styles. However, if mentioned repeatedly, the abbreviation must be applied consistently.

3. Manuscript Structure

  • Title: The manuscript title must consist of a maximum of 15 words. The title is written in capital letters, bolded, and in size 13 font. If there is a subtitle, it is separated from the main title by a colon and written in lowercase letters.

  • Author Identity: The author's name is written without academic titles, bolded, and in size 12 font. This is followed by the affiliation and country directly below it. The email address is written in italics.

  • Abstract (Indonesian): The abstract is written in a single paragraph, not exceeding 200 words, using size 11 font, single line spacing, regular font (not italicized), and justified alignment. • Abstract (English): Written in a single paragraph using italics containing between 150-200 words, size 11 font, single line spacing, and justified alignment. • Introduction: This section title is bolded and in size 12 font. It contains the background of the problem and the problem formulation described in a narrative form. If the article is a research finding, the background and problem formulation are given subheadings. If it is a conceptual idea, subheadings are not required.

  • Discussion: This section title is bolded and in size 12 font. It is intended to answer the problems outlined in the introduction section. The discussion of a research article uses subheadings to be more directed, whereas conceptual ideas do not require subheadings. The text is written using 1.5 line spacing, regular font, and justified alignment.

  • Conclusion: This section title is bolded and in size 12 font. This section contains conclusions and recommendations.
