Aims and Scope

AIMS

Jurnal Manajemen Dakwah (J-MD) aims to advance scholarly knowledge on the management and organizational dynamics of da’wah institutions as faith-based and nonprofit organizations operating in contemporary society. The journal prioritizes theoretically grounded and methodologically rigorous studies that examine how Islamic values interact with modern management practices in shaping effective, accountable, and sustainable da’wah organizations. By focusing on the intersection between management science and Islamic institutional contexts, J-MD seeks to strengthen da’wah management as a distinct and emerging field within organizational and management studies.

The journal particularly emphasizes empirical and conceptual contributions addressing strategic management, human resource management, leadership, governance, and organizational transformation within faith-based institutions engaged in da’wah activities. J-MD encourages studies that explore evidence-based managerial practices, values-based leadership models, institutional capacity building, and organizational innovation that enhance the effectiveness and social impact of da’wah institutions in diverse socio-cultural settings.
