February 25, 2020: The Journal of Islamic Law has published its first issue, Vol. 1, No. 1, 2020.
March 5, 2020: The Journal of Islamic Law has been indexed by Moraref.
March 27, 2020: The Journal of Islamic Law has obtained a publication permit for E-ISSN No. 2721-5040 and P-ISSN No. 2721-5032 from the Center for Scientific Data and Documentation, Indonesian Institute of Sciences.
September 10, 2020: The Journal of Islamic Law has been indexed by Garuda.
February 1, 2022: Starting with Vol. 3, No. 1, 2022, the Journal of Islamic Law has published all its manuscripts in either English or Arabic.
January 9, 2023: The Journal of Islamic Law has established an agreement with William S. Hein & Co., Inc. to be indexed by HeinOnline.
January 28, 2023: The Journal of Islamic Law has been accredited as Sinta 4 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. 225/E/KPT/2022. This accreditation is effective starting from Vol. 1, No. 2, 2020.
February 10, 2023: The Journal of Islamic Law has established an agreement with Asosiasi Dosen Hukum Keluarga Islam (ADHKI) Indonesia.
October 31, 2023: The Journal of Islamic Law has been indexed in the ICI Journals Master List Database for 2022 (ICV 2022 = 70.78).
December 8, 2023: The Journal of Islamic Law has released a new article template for Vol. 5, No. 1, 2024, available for download here.
January 1, 2024: The Journal of Islamic Law has been accepted for inclusion in Scopus.
April 1, 2024: The Journal of Islamic Law has been reaccredited, upgrading from Sinta 4 to Sinta 1, by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. 72/E/KPT/2024. This accreditation is effective starting from Vol. 5, No. 1, 2024.
