Journal of Islamic Educational Research and Thought (JRTIE) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed journal published biannually by the Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Pontianak. First issued in August 2018, this journal serves as a platform for disseminating scholarly research and ideas from lecturers, teachers, and students in the field of Islamic Education. JRTIE also welcomes contributions from scholars examining Islamic Education from diverse perspectives, including—but not limited to—philosophy, law, economics, arts and culture, and language.
