Journal of Research and Thought on Islamic Education (JRTIE) provides a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to publish original, high-quality scholarship on Islamic Religious Education across family, school, and community settings, while also welcoming interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary contributions that examine Islamic education from diverse perspectives, including philosophy, law, economics, arts and culture, and language. Priority is given to manuscripts that offer critical, theoretically informed, and methodologically rigorous analyses of contemporary issues and developments in Islamic education. JRTIE is a fully open-access journal, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and cite its articles without prior permission from either the publisher or the author. Manuscripts submitted to JRTIE must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All articles published before Vol. 8 No. 2 (2025) were issued through the journal’s previous OJS 2 platform and remain accessible at https://jurnaliainpontianak.or.id/index.php/jrtie/index.
