Jurnal Manajemen Dakwah (J-MD) is a reputable international scholarly journal that rigorously applies a double-blind peer-review process. Published by the Da’wah Management Study Program at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Pontianak, Indonesia, the journal has consistently published high-quality scholarly articles since its first issue in July 2020. J-MD serves as an academic platform dedicated to advancing da’wah management as an interdisciplinary field that integrates perspectives from management, organizational studies, communication, sociology of religion, leadership, and contemporary Islamic studies.
The journal conceptualizes da’wah not only as a religious practice but also as a social and institutional phenomenon that requires systematic, innovative, and evidence-based managerial approaches. J-MD promotes the development of conceptual frameworks and empirical research that extend theoretical boundaries and enrich global academic discourse on governance of religious organizations, values-based leadership, Islamic strategic communication, and institutional transformation of da’wah in dynamic social contexts.
Emphasizing methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, and practical relevance, J-MD welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, and systematic literature reviews that demonstrate scientific novelty and contribute to the professional management of da’wah organizations at both national and global levels.
