Penerapan Agile Project Management dalam Pengelolaan Startup Dakwah Digital Qara'a Indonesia

AbstractPerkembangan teknologi digital mendorong organisasi dakwah untuk menerapkan pola pengelolaan proyek yang lebih adaptif dan responsif, termasuk pada Qara’a Indonesia sebagai startup dakwah digital berbasis aplikasi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan Agile Project Management dilakukan dalam proses kerja Qara’a serta bagaimana praktik tersebut mendukung efektivitas pengelolaan proyek. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi aktivitas digital, dan dokumentasi internal. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan triangulasi sumber untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Qara’a telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Agile secara nyata melalui struktur organisasi yang terdistribusi, kategorisasi task mayor–minor, penetapan prioritas berbasis beban kerja, serta koordinasi melalui tools digital seperti Discord, Google Docs, dan Notion. Praktik iterasi pendek, fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pasar, kolaborasi intensif antar divisi, serta evaluasi mingguan menunjukkan kemiripan kuat dengan elemen Agile seperti sprint, daily update, dan retrospective. Penerapan ini terbukti membantu Qara’a meningkatkan kecepatan eksekusi, menjaga fokus pada prioritas, dan mempercepat proses pengembangan fitur aplikasi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis penerapan Agile dalam konteks startup dakwah digital, yang masih jarang dikaji dalam literatur. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya Agile sebagai pendekatan manajemen proyek yang efektif untuk mendukung keberlanjutan inovasi dalam layanan dakwah berbasis teknologi.
