Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least one reviewer using a blind review model, in which both the author and the reviewer remain anonymous to each other. Only articles that fall within the scope of JRTIE and meet the criteria of novelty, objectivity, methodology, scholarly impact, clarity of conclusions, and quality of references will be accepted for publication.
