REFORMULASI KONSEPTUAL KECEMASAN MATEMATIS SISWA DALAM PERSPEKTIF PSIKOLOGI HUMANISTIK

Abstract

Kecemasan matematis selama ini banyak dipahami sebagai gangguan kognitif yang menghambat pemrosesan informasi dan performa matematika, tetapi perspektif tersebut belum sepenuhnya menjelaskan pengalaman subjektif, relasional, dan kontekstual siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mereformulasi kecemasan matematis secara konseptual melalui perspektif psikologi humanistik dengan mengintegrasikan temuan mengenai dimensi kognitif-afektif, pengalaman subjektif, self-belief, agensi, relasi pedagogis, dan perkembangan psikologis. Penelitian menggunakan library research dengan pendekatan thematic literature review. Literatur ditelusuri pada Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, dan GARUDA untuk publikasi Januari 2020–Mei 2026. Dari 85 rekaman yang teridentifikasi, setelah penghapusan duplikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan penerapan kriteria inklusi-eksklusi, diperoleh 16 artikel untuk dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan matematis merupakan pengalaman psikologis multidimensional yang terbentuk melalui interaksi kognisi-afeksi, self-concept, agensi, relasi sosial, konteks pedagogis, keamanan psikologis, serta kebutuhan akan perkembangan diri. Reformulasi ini memperluas orientasi dari sekadar reduksi kecemasan dan peningkatan performa menuju pembelajaran yang aman, suportif, bermakna, dan berorientasi pada pertumbuhan.
