Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterlibatan emosional dan sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran materi pernikahan berbasis model Jigsaw di SMAN 3 Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap 12 siswa kelas XI serta guru PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Jigsaw mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, menumbuhkan empati, dan membangun rasa tanggung jawab sosial dalam kelompok heterogen. Diskusi kelompok yang terbuka memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk berbagi pengalaman pribadi, sehingga pembelajaran tidak hanya berjalan secara kognitif, tetapi juga menyentuh aspek afektif dan sosial. Interaksi yang terjadi memperkuat kemampuan komunikasi, toleransi, dan kerja sama antar siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan model Jigsaw sebagai strategi pembelajaran PAI yang efektif dalam mengembangkan pemahaman materi sekaligus internalisasi nilai-nilai islami dan karakter sosial siswa.
